At Afroz Tailors, we specialize in custom tailoring, so our policy is as follow:

1. No Return PolicyAll custom-stitched product are non-returnable.
2. Defective ProductsIf you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours.
3. Refund EligiblityRefunds will only be processed if the issue is verified.
4. Refund ProcessApproved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
